Our 8 week Weight Loss Programme has been designed by a Personal Trainer and gets results! 

Included within the programme

An initial consultation to get an insight into you with regards to your physical condition and how you function as a whole. Body fat %, blood pressure, blood glucose, circumferences and most importantly weight should all see improvements over the 8 week course.

A diet plan and nutritional advice will map out your intake for each day of the programme. It is a balanced diet  which includes a wide variety of lean healthy options.

Weekly one-to-one consultations and training sessions will track your weight loss progress. Personalised training programmes and use of Chillington Gym will ensure you keep activity levels as high as possible and promote a healthy lifestyle.
